The first task was to collect any fault investigations or geotechnical reports that pertained to the San Joaquin Hills area.

The findings from the fault investigations and geotechnical reports will then be used as the basis for a GIS-based map of the region.

A database will be created along with the map to catalog the complete findings of the geotechnical reports, and the titles, authors, and contact information for all the reports which were reviewed.
